Trac Timeline not showing for TRAC_ADMIN user

Description
I am a trac admin for our trac site. When I login, I do not see the timeline. When I click on the timeline option, I get the Timeline heading and nothing below When I am not logged in, I do see the timeline. Other users who login are able to see the timeline view. I have tried adding the TIMELINE_VIEW permission to my account, this did not work.
I attached a jpg of what my view looks like when I click on the Timeline menu option. I also turned on debug logging, clicked on the link and attached the file created when I did this.

I can't see any attachment, be it a .jpg or a log file…
They should be there now. I had to find my glasses to get the code correct for uploading a jpg :)

Notice the "Done by: 703" in the filter?
Looks like this 703 guy didn't do much ;-)
