Narrowed the width of the column of BatchModify checkboxes on the Custom Query page to better fit the size of the checkbox.

It looks like we are losing a little bit of real estate with the column of checkboxes that are used for Batch modification on the Custom Query page. I'll copy a bit of CSS from admin.css in creating this patch.

t11003-r11483-1.patch​ and t11003-r11483-3.patch​ approach the solution in different ways (t11003-r11483-2.patch​ can be ignored). The latter extracts the sel class from admin.css and aims to make it more universally available for use in other tables throughout Trac.
