Description

Wiki syntax does not recognise \u2022 the • character, used by Outlook for bullet lists in HTML email. If a bug description containing a bullet list is pasted from Outlook e.g.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet
• Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex
• ea commodo consequat. Duis aute irure dolor in reprehenderit in voluptate velit esse cillum dolore eu fugiat nulla pariatur.

It is not recognised as a bullet list by the WikiParser.
