Changing "Ticket" to "Change Request"

I cant seem to pinpoint where the text 'ticket' is generated when making a new ticket. Per internal politics and such, this may seem a bit ridiculous but we cannot use the word ticket. I've changed it in most places already, but on the Timeline tab it is automatically generated upon a new ticket creation. Also, when viewing tickets, it also says at the header.
Is this something that can be easily changed? Maybe point me in the right direction?
