Description

Hi,

I created an account in the Bugtracker section of VirtualBox site in order to report a bug in installer and it worked fine.

Now I can't display any ticket list. An error occurs any time I try and it seems my user name (Heffgé) is the reason. As Python log shows character é (xE9) can't be encoded.

Resolution: → duplicate
Status: new → closed

It's a known limitation (#6318).

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
