Maintenance issues should not be reported as defects

If you're reading this, it's likely because we closed your ticket with a wontfix or invalid resolution. We did so because our policy is to use this bug tracker exclusively for tracking bug reports (defects) or enhancement requests (enhancements) but not for troubleshooting your local configuration and other maintenance issues.

This means we can't handle the maintenance of your server for you. Typically, this happens when you get an error when your disk is full (e.g. search:"'OperationalError: database or disk is full'") or when there's a permission issue, etc.

You don't want us to clean your disk, do you? You need to talk to your local Trac administrator.
