Description
Ok I used the command easy_install —upgrade. No errors. But now I've got problem accessing my trac projects. First, I got the :
ValueError: timestamp out of range for platform time_t
Something I noticed is when I do trac-admin on my Debian, it says "The Trac Administration Console 0.12".
Only, when I access my project, it says: Powered by Trac 0.11.5
What have I done wrong? I also tried to upgrade project but it says not neccessary.

Sorry, this is an InstallationIssue.
(you still have the server running the 0.11.5 codebase, maybe you simply forgot to stop the web server before upgrading)
