Close ticket on it's creation screen

Description

I would like to suggest that somehow the option to close ticket gets implemented on it's creation screen. That's because sometimes you get to create a ticket only for documenting what you have already done and the process of creating a new ticket and then closing it afterwards is turning this task a little undesirable. This is, it would be good if a ticket could be created and closed simultaneously.

Status: newclosed

That's way too specific as a use case for integrating in the standard code base. It might be possible to write a plugin doing this.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
