Description

I'd like the posibility to ask questions to the ticket reporter, asking for more detail or specific questions about the ticket. Questions should be included in the notification system so that the reporter can receive an mail with the question and then answer. Questions should be visualize with the ticket.

Questions can be asked in the comments, which are included with the notifications, so I don't really see anything missing here.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
