Description

I've been trying to link to files attached to another page, but without succcess. The files in question have whitespace in their filenames, and I think that's what's causing the problem. When linked from the page where they are attached to, teverything works fine.

Here's an example of the wiki markup I'm trying to use

attachment:projectdocs:"requirements doc 1.pdf"

And the linked is getting rendered like this:

attachment:projectdocs:"requirements doc 1.pdf"

I'm using trac 0.11.7.

I see. Thanks. Sorry I've created a ticket, instead of posting to the mailing list, everything lead to think this was a bug.

Don't worry, the fact I had to lookup the doc and check if it worked could almost be considered as a design bug ;-)

With #4356, we'll have a simpler way to deal with white space in links, as the above could then be rewritten as: [[attachment:requirements doc 1.pdf:wiki:projectdocs]].
