Description
Since jquery 1.4.2 is available it would be nice to include it in 0.12.
I myself hat to switch from 1.4.1 to 1.4.2 in my project because of bugs in 1.4.1.
Anyway its a simple job ;-)

This you can never say beforehand ;-) But seeing the Release Notes for 1.4.2, this indeed seems to be the case.
