Description

Hi, well, if I click on a "Closed tickets" number link somewhere on the "project plan" page, I'll get a list of the closed tickets for this milestone. It seems to me they are ordered by time stamp but, without looking in each ticket, I don't have a chance to see when each one was closed. I can't add a column "date&time" by parameters either. CU,

Of course you can, you have the "Columns" section in the filters (folded by default, just click on the arrow to unfold it).

Ah!!! I'm so stupid. Thanks. I didn't noticed I can click that arrow to unfold. :) Sorry for bothering you.

*sigh* hmmm…. again I stumbled over this problem. It's not quite easy to find out the many steps I need to click if I want to redisplay all tickets of a milestone ordered by "Modified Time" where the latest one is the first in the list. I had to search this ticket in the archive and read here what to do for that reordering… I need this ordering quite often to see how the milestone state is growing and what happened recently.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
