Description

I would love to see a 5 star scoring system (like the one used on Amazon.com) that allows tickets to be scored and commented on by multiple reviewers. The scoring system should allow multiple people to score the ticket as 1-5 star ticket, and should output an overall score for the ticket. Ideally, the scorer could also add comments that are associated with their score. Optionally, the score should be recorded anonymously, so that the ticket generator can't necessarily see who made the score.

Isn't there such a plugin already? Right, a variant of the ​TH:VotePlugin, the ​TH:FiveStarVotePlugin.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
