0.11.6 - timeline shows 'no such ticket' error when a changeset uses wiki text to refer to a non existant ticket

Description
This didn't happen in 0.11.1 - it happens in our instances a lot because of a shared svn repo.

Hey,
got it it one - http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/SensitiveTicketsPlugin was causing the issue, raising an issue for it.
The log (log level == DEBUG) showed nothing useful, so it was a binary search through 20 enabled plugins :-/
