[PATCH] display changes to ticket descriptions as a unified diff

Instead of displaying changes to ticket descriptions as 'before' and 'after' in the notification email, show the changes as a unified diff.

See #3914.

Please make sure all the constraints mentioned there are met with your patch. It seems so for the wrapping, but it would be nice to get the diff with the full context. And as the ± indications are purely informative (the patch is not meant to be applied), we can strip the diff header.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
as closed The owner will remain Emmanuel Blot.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Emmanuel Blot to the specified user.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
