Sorry if this is a duplicate ticket, I looked for an existing ticket and couldn't find one.

When using Konqueror as the browser Filter and Column are not selectable (just grey text, no arrow to expand them) so you can't change the fields shown in the Custom Query.

This works fine in FireFox and Internet Explorer.

We are using Trac 0.11.5 and haven't had time to move to the latest version. So this could have been fixed in a later version.

Status: newclosed

Unfortunately, Konqueror is not (well) supported by jQuery, which we use for all our JavaScript. So I'm afraid you will have to use another browser. Sorry about that.

Thanks anyway, I submitted this mainly for a co-worker, the work around is to use FireFox.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
