Description

When a non public ticket is assigned to a certain user, even though everyone can view it, only the person to whom it is assgined to should be able to close, tranfer to modify/comment on it.

But the tool allows any authenticated user to close/modify the ticket. Th Tool should allow only the user who created it and the user to whom it is assgined to modify this non public ticket. How can this be achieved as i have failed to find a solution to this ??

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
