inconsistent section naming in trac.ini

header_logo section of TracIni uses underscore as word separator while all other sections use minus sign.

Not something we can change easily, I'm afraid, as we would still need to read old config files…

Is it really worth the trouble?
I really see this as a trivial, historical issue which actually bares no consequences. Or am I missing something?

Fine by me, if the change would have been easy with no backward compatibility concerns we could have done it, but as this is not the case, it's not worth the trouble.
