Description
Is it possible to search tickets which have made change in specific fields, e.g. search out the tickets which changed from milestone A to milestone B ?

… Right.
With an SQL report you could certainly achieve that, but not with custom queries (and the user interface for this would certainly be cumbersome).
As Ryan said, this is more a support question and as such you'll have better luck asking on the MailingList.

Note that since 0.12, this can be achieved "manually" with date range queries on the ticket modified field.
