Description
When disabling the reports module, navigating to "View Tickets" takes you to an actual ticket query. This is nice, but what would be nicer is a page with a list of "saved" queries to choose from. This can be combined with #8504, but can also work by its own, as a special wiki page.

Well, saved queries "à la #1735" actually depend on the report module to be enabled.
If for some reason you do not want to have the SQL based reports, it's perfectly possible to remove them all, and keep only the reports corresponding to saved queries to achieve what you describe above.
(Also, when creating a new ticket, please don't assign a milestone to it, otherwise we risk to miss it, see NewTicketGuidelines)
