Email updates ticket comments

I most companies, some tickets needs clarification in order to fix them. This can be done with a customer or other thirdparty face-to-face, via phone, mail etc. We use mail a lot of the time.
I would be cool to be able to automatically update a ticket with a comment containing a copy of a sent email. This could be done by cc'ing trac with the sent mail. Trac could look in the subject field for #<ticketno> and if found, create a new comment of the ticket, containing the mail body as text.
