Description

I have IWikiChangeListener and ITicketChangeListeners that are sensitive to the resource attribute of the relevant model objects being correct. Please arrange for these attributes to be updated to reflect the storage.

These patches update the respective properties at a reasonable time. The wiki one tests with a small extension to test_update_page, and the ticket one relies on a small extension to TestTicketChangeListener and test_change_listener_created.
