Description
Unable to submit a claim when logging in to COREL as a fake dentist (testprvva10, pass: deltaprv10) and submiting claim for a dummy subscriber (Charlie Smith, ssn: 781111111, dob: 6/13/1971). I'm able to check subscriber's benefits, but I'm receiving an error report when submitting a claims (in Dentist Connectio) - error as follow:
aj4mz155nns0qomhcrsck145 Attempted several ways of submitting claim and got the above error message each time. Additionally, There appears to be some quirky things in COREV Dentist Connection. For example, when submitting a claim - the address information doesn't auto populate. Other issues in claims submit include:
- You cannot tab to each field - only allows you to mouse click
- Not letting you enter a tooth number for D-codes requiring a tooth number (this one is more than just a convenience issue)
- doesn't carry down the same date of service - to the next line after a claim line is completed (DOT currently does this)
- should the "total" field populate as fees are submitted?
- At the top where you chose "claim for submission" or "claim for predetermination" - if you accidently skip this and go back at any stage before submitting it erases all the fields.
I understand almost nothing of the description, but I'm fairly sure you are on the WrongTrac.
