Description

On creating reports (ticket or ticket_change), the field time displays an hour instead of a date in earlyer versions which is less interesting. A number in range [1000000000 2000000000] sometimes appears in reports logging, probably a number of seconds after a specific date: this could be written in the documentation.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
