Description

I have added many ticket fields in the ticket because of my demand.
but when I have filled much content in the ticket,the CloneTicketPlugin does not work.
May be the size of the content of the ticket became to exceed the buffer size.

I am a new user.So I need your help.

I ran into this before. As the plugin clones the ticket by adding all data from the original ticket as parameters to the url it's your client browser url-length that sets the limit.

Yep, we should shorten the description to some fixed limit or alternatively see if we couldn't do a POST here.

(Remy, as the ticket_clone.py is a sample plugin I wrote, I think the ER belongs here, low prio though)

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Christian Boos.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Christian Boos to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
