problem with manual links to attached files with spaces and utf chars

Description
The filename is: "Protokół czegośtam i czegoś.odt"
I successfully attach file to wiki page.
But i try to add a link: [attachment:wiki:PageName:"Protokół czegośtam i czegoś.odt"] - and it is definitely wrong

Since it works, it's not a bug, so I closed it to avoid confusion. (I stumbled here when trying to make something similar work. I managed to solve it, so the bug is a lie.. :)

If it is a bug with filename encoding .. please file a new defect ticket.

Check:
- attachment:"Protokół czegośtam i czegoś.txt" - [attachment:"Protokół czegośtam i czegoś.txt:ticket:7835"] - [attachment:"Protokół czegośtam i czegoś.txt:ticket:7835" a test]
Seems to work fine.
I found, that problem is not in spaces - I Add "Protokol czegostam i czegos.odt" and it works correctly
