Ticket pages should contain ticket title (summary) in title

Description

Right now, ticket pages have titles like "#123 (ticket) - Project Name - Trac". These page titles should include the ticket title (aka "short summary") — maybe instead of the word "ticket", since the TracLinks style "#123" already implies this is a ticket page.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain daniel.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from daniel to the specified user.
