Description

An attempt to unfold source folder in version browser (ajax request) causes javascript error in Internet Explorer 6. In Mozilla Firefox 3.0 it works fine. See system configuration and screens in attachment. Client machine - Windows XP. The same behaviour I saw in previous version of Trac (0.11) when I replaced jQuery from 1.2.3 to 1.2.6. It was also working in Mozilla but not in IE.

I cannot confirm that. Tested here on IE 6.0.2800.1106 on Win2k and works fine.

Could you please provide the IE and Windows versions you are using?

Actually, I've seen that before too. It was several months ago, and I unfortunately can't provide any details. But I think the problem was in an older version of jQuery and was fixed when I upgraded, though that seems to conflict with the OP. I wish I could remember more. Just thought I'd point out that it's not a completely isolated case. I don't think there's anything to do about it in Trac though. It's just some odd corner case in jQuery I think.

Works on IE 6.0.2900.5512, XP SP3 using Trac 0.11.1, Python 2.5.2 and jQuery 1.2.6

Not much we can do here. No Trac developer test with IE6, AFAICT, so we have to rely on jQuery doing the right thing. As the previous comment suggests, it happens to work for some people.
