[PATCH] Sort users in 'Components' admin panel

Description

In the admin panel for 'Components', in the Ticket category, when the option restrict_owner is set to true, the list of users with TICKET_MODIFY permission under the heading 'add component' is not sorted. The attached one-liner will make sure the list is sorted.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain osimons.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from osimons to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
