TracLinks for milestones

Description
There should be TracLinks support for linking to milestones.
The milestone:1.0 syntax is obvious though I'm not quite sure what syntax I think would be a good syntax for the short form. One thought I had would be @1.0 since I think it might make sense to say something like: "This will be fixed at 1.0"
I don't think other bracketing options are viable since the only remaining ones would be ( ) and < > which are symbols I think would be used too commonly in other situations.
Suggestions?

I'm not sure about a shorthand syntax either… for now let's just add support for
milestone:1.0.
