Description
Hello,
This may already be possible, and if it is it would be great if you could let me know how it is possible.
I have created some custom fields for tickets in my Trac instance, one of which is a URL. At the minute, when this URL is entered, it does not appear as a clickable link in the ticket, but rather just as plain text. I have tried to use Wiki Formatting, and this does not work. It is possible to have this link appear as clickable, if so how?
I realise the link could be placed in a comment, and then it would be clickable, but this is not ideal.
Thanks
Gary

This is really a duplicate of #1791, because if you could enable wiki markup on that field, the URLs would be rendered as links. I'm not sure why that functionality is being held back 'til 0.12, but oh well. I tried out the latest patch attached to the ticket on r7181 of trunk and it still worked fine.
Can anyone offer anything on this?
Am I asking this question in the wrong place? Is this existing functionality?
Thanks
Gary
