Can't open any new tickets at http://www.freewrt.org/trac/newticket

I'm trying to open a new ticket at ​http://www.freewrt.org/trac/newticket and I get the following error:

This error occurs when using Opera (PC), Firefox (mac) and Safari (mac). I don't believe this a browser related problem.
