Priority changes to low on my summary mails for open ticket

Description

If i have a priority as blocker/highest/critical on my tickets etc but i receive priority as low for my summary mails on open tickets. I receive correct priority on notification mails for newly created tickets.

Details: Trac Version:Installed 0.10.4 initially and then upgraded to 0.11b2

Have you changed the priority set since the existing tickets have been created ?

No i haven't changed the priority set since the exixting tickets have been created

What do you mean by "summary mails on open tickets"? I didn't know we had something like that. Is this done by a plugin?

Status: newclosed

I assume he meant simply the notification mails on ticket changes.

Anyway, even if this might have happened in 0.11b1(?), this definitely works with the released versions.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Christian Boos.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Christian Boos to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
