Description
In 'Browse Source' add RSS feed on changes for a specific directory.
This would be usefull for developers interested only in a part of the sourcecode changes. If a directory has changes in sourcecode it should give a new RSS feed.

It's already there for the /log handler, i.e. when you click on the "Revision Log" link from the browser page.
Now, I'm not against making the same feed available also for /browser URLs, as it's probably easier to discover.
