Custom Query filtered on Status has no option to include Reopened tickets

PROBLEM:
When executing a custom query and filtering on Status, there is no option to include tickets that have been re-opened. The only workaround that exists is to exclude Status as a filter and only filter by Milestone and grouping by Status.

REPRO STEPS:
Go to Custom Query page in Trac

OBSERVED:
Filtering by Status doesn't have a checkbox to select "Reopened" tickets.

EXPECTED:
Status filtering to include Reopened tickets

Status: newclosed

I'm not sure about 0.9.6, but this has worked fine for a long while. You should try upgrading your Trac to 0.10.4 or 0.11b1.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
