Description
As it says. There is no need for the person who made the change to a ticket to receive a notification email. It is both unnecessary and annoying. Even if you are the ticket owner, or are receiving notification emails for any other reason, you should *not* get an email for a change which you made.

You find it this way - I *do* want to receive a notification for such changes, for example.
There should be a setting for such notifications, though.
