User not in dropdown menus and canot assign ticket

Description

I had created a user,added him permissions, but his name is not in the dorp-down menus

here are the permissions:

user01     BROWSER_VIEW
user01     CHANGESET_VIEW
user01     CONFIG_VIEW
user01     FILE_VIEW
user01     LOG_VIEW
user01     MILESTONE_VIEW
user01     REPORT_SQL_VIEW
user01     REPORT_VIEW
user01     ROADMAP_VIEW
user01     SEARCH_VIEW
user01     TICKET_APPEND
user01     TICKET_CREATE
user01     TICKET_MODIFY
user01     TICKET_VIEW
user01     WIKI_VIEW

Please read TracTickets#Assign-toasDrop-DownList

The user will appear in the drop-down menu once he has performed some changes in Trac.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
