I can't tell if this is meant for Trac or not… Could this be in reference to #4100? Please provide more details.

Hard to decipher this one, but have to agree with comment:2, duplicate of #4100. If that is not the case, please feel free to reopen the ticket. Thanks.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
