Description

sometimes users will open tickets that are related to each other. it would be helpful for the prioritization of tickets to be able to create relationships between the tickets. there are two main types of relationship. the first is a precedence relation, such that work on ticket x needs to be completed before work on ticket y can be started. the second is a containment/subsumption relation, such that work on ticket x is not considered to be complete until work on ticket y is completed.
