Well, I think I'm going to delete translations still at 0%, having them around has no benefit and only gives the false impression that we have lots of translations…
If someone wants to start a thai translation, please do so by following the steps given in TracL10N, starting at step 2.

I'll delete the Thai translation for now. If someone wants to contribute a Thai translation in the future, (s)he's very welcome to do so, of course, but with an initial messages.po with a completion status which makes it at least a tiny bit useful (say at least 20%).
