TracQueries missing case of OR clause for combining multiple columns

Description
It is currently impossible within TracQuery to have a list of issues where you specify an owner and a cc - combining them with the OR clause.
For example, if I want to view a list of tickets that apply to me, I want to see all the tickets where I'm either the owner of, reporter of or contained within a cc field. This is currently impossible, since all of the filters take the AND clause when combining columns. Therefore you cannot avoid using SQL queries to build custom reports.
It would be great if you could use the same functionality without it requiring you to have admin privileges for the reports module.
