Cant login into trac

Description

I have installed trac in my server. When I click on 'login' I get the error

"Internal Error Authentication information not available. Please refer to the installation documentation."

How can I resolve this issue?

Look for duplicate entries, look at the TracFaq.

Can you please read the big red textbox on the New Ticket page, especially the section about the installation issues?

Have you read the TracFaq page? Have you search for duplicate tickets about this very "issue"?

The installation documentation seems to only list steps for Apache HTTPD…

Definitely not true.
Read TracInstall (for installation on various platforms and various web servers), TracFaq that contains an entry for this very error message, and type the error message ("Authentication information not available") in the search box.

Looks to be a very old thread. Searching for an hour now but don't see how to resolve this error message.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
