change in component of new ticket does not reassign owner

when a ticket is created and reviewed by the assignee of the component, if it is found to be misassigned, then the review will want to change the component and leave as new. However, the assignee is not changed in this case.

Status: newclosed

Fixed in [849].

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
