Description

Allow the reporter of a ticket to edit the ticket description up until the point the ticket is accepted by the owner or the status of the ticket otherwise changed.

There's no way of knowing who's the reporter unless we associate it with the session that created it and that seems fragile (and distant).

With the preview-feature this seems not worth the effort.

Yes, but if the [ Preview ] button is in the wrong place, then it is likely to not be used! See #1212.

#411 sensibly reserves this possibility only to those that have TICKET_ADMIN privileges. However, this does not work if we have the catch-all TRAC_ADMIN privilege… see #1234.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
