Cleanup Documentation for 0.11

the trac:wiki:0.11/TracInterfaceCustomization contains

 Note: in projects created with a Trac version prior to 0.9 you will need
 to create
 this folder.

But as the documentation is exclusively for 0.11, such entries should be removed.

This seems to be a milestone 0.11 target.

Given that people still run 0.9, its documentation will be left intact. The 0.11/ versions of pages are far overused and exist only to develop mew documentation while not disrupting others using the site. Anything that is 0.11-specific should be marked as such and integrated into the main documentation.

Is there 0.11 documentation available, which describes only to the 0.11 version (of course old versions, too where necessary, e.g. for migration)?
