Description
If only because google reader makes it impossible to subscribe to empty feeds.
The initial description could be the first element in the feed, marking the creation of the feed.

Usability would be improved by having the original description in the field, though.

I don't think the RSS specification forbids empty feeds. As such, this is not an issue in Trac.
