Description

One thing I'd like to see changed is, instead of it saying "created by" have it be something like "reported by" when a user submits a new bug report. After all they aren't creating the bug (well most of them aren't) but they are reporting them. Just a suggestion.

And where do you see "created by" exactly?

It's already written "Reported by", AFAICT.

See attached screenshot to see what I am referring to. The bug wasn't "created by" the user, it was just "reported by" the user. Hope this clears up the misunderstanding.

Ah, yes, you were speaking about the timeline.

Well, ideally that would be something which should depend on the ticket type. A "bug" is reported, but a "request for enhancement" or a "task" are created… See also #194.

Language nit-picking, but with current (0.11b1+) I see nothing wrong at all:

A ticket is 'created' when we list the event of doing it (Timeline). Right?

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
