the trac doesn't work

hello, i dont know why, anything i try to do in the trac admin system of the space Algo32007, it shows me this error Oops… Trac detected an internal error:

As it says:

Have you run this command? which version of Trac do you use?

As eblot points out, a trac-admin resync command is needed to fix this issue. That should clear up your error. If it does not, please feel free to reopen this ticket.
