Description

Trac is great but I think we can add a module. Most software is translated, and people use web-based collaborative translation software such as ​Pootle. Having a web-based collaborative translation module inside Trac would be a must. People who are signed up could use the same credentials to report bugs, to contribute to the wiki, to browse source code and to translate the software.

This is already a request-a-hack on trac-hacks.org IIRC. It would belong as a plugin, not something in Trac core.
