Description
When we upgraded from 0.9 to the 0.10.4 we noticed that the wiki was trying to automatically turn words into links if appropriate pages existed. For example if page foobar existed, then the text foobar on another page would become a link to the foobar page. Unfortunately it seems to be adding an extra slash and linking to
http://host.com/path/to/trac/wiki//foobar
instead of
http://host.com/path/to/trac/wiki/foobar
causing CSS not to be loaded amongst other things.

Are you sure you're not talking about the autowikify plugin on TracHacks? (see TH:AutoWikifyPlugin).
If not, please reopen with a more concrete example (with the default wiki syntax
foobar
can't be a wiki link as it's not a CamelCase word).
